Following government instructions on the issue of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Queens Leisure Complex remains closed until further notice.
Prior to our continued temporary closure announcement, some customers were able to book a fitness session with us. Sadly, this was an administrative error and those sessions won’t be taking place. We are sorry for any confusion this may have caused. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our members, our loyal customers and our team for their patience and understanding during this difficult period.
As we continue our plans to reopen, safety and wellbeing are our top priority. We will be introducing a number of measures to ensure appropriate hygiene and social distancing measures are in place.
What about my membership payments?
For people who pay by Direct Debit, your payments have been frozen for the entire time we have been closed and this will continue until we can open. For people who have paid in full for memberships, we will add on the missing months to your membership once we reopen to ensure you do get your full period of membership with us.
What about sessions that I’ve already booked and paid for?
If you’ve booked a session with us, when we reopen, we will ensure you get the activity that you have paid for, and we’ll be flexible as we can around rearranging those sessions for you.
