Keep on track with your fitness with a choice of five different complementary programmes. Each plan comes with tailored workouts to suit your needs and it’s all free as part of a membership.
RUNNING TRACK
Jog on our dedicated running track. Train for speed with 100 and 200 metre bursts, or for stamina with laps of the 400 metre track.

Tried Hyrox and want to add it to your membership? We have a bolt on available to add onto your current membership for only £30!

Upgrade to MediPartner
MediPartner is an amazing new virtual GP service for our members that can be added to your membership for only £6.99 per month. MediPartner will keep you on track by supporting you with virtual GP appointments and a nurse support service.
